Ever since my husband and I moved our family to Chicago, we've been looking for places to visit when the cold weather gets too unbearable for words. After having one too many hurricane scares in Florida, we decided this year we were going to plan our next vacation to be in Dallas, Texas. My husband has relatives that live in that area and this time of year is still nice and dry, so we packed up our bags, saddled up our horses and rode off into the sunset.
